These terms govern Adelie Terminal, a remote development-terminal interface (the “Service”) provided by zaeze.com, represented by Kyungjae Lee (the “Operator”).

1. Service scope

The Service lets users run an agent on a managed device and pair its Tailscale URL or other connection information with a web or mobile client. Only operating systems and architectures listed on the current download page are supported packages; other environments may require a separate build.

2. Authorization and security

Users may connect only to systems they own or are authorized to manage. Connection URLs, tokens, keys and accounts must be protected and rotated after suspected exposure. Sessions must be closed and stored connection data removed from shared devices. Applicable law, organizational security rules and target-system terms must be followed.

3. Remote commands and data

Terminal commands can modify or delete files, install software or transmit data. Users must verify commands and targets, back up important data, use least-privilege accounts in production and avoid exposing secrets. The Operator does not review or approve the suitability of each command entered by a user.

4. Prohibited use and availability

The Service must not be used for unauthorized access, malware, credential theft, disruption, infringement or security bypass. Proportionate measures may include connection restriction, token revocation, distribution suspension or termination. Tailscale, networks, operating systems or target devices may fail or change, and security work may require changes or interruption.

5. Paid features and liability

If paid features are introduced, price, support scope, period, delivery, withdrawal and refund terms will be shown before payment. Another service’s refund policy does not automatically apply. The Operator is responsible for loss caused by its intent or negligence under law, but not, where it is not at fault, for user-executed commands, unmanaged credentials, missing backups or external-system failures. Mandatory rights are not excluded.

6. Changes, termination and contact

Changes are normally announced seven days in advance, or 30 days for material or unfavorable changes. Users may stop and remove the agent and unpair devices to terminate use.
