These terms govern GahyeonBot, a Discord-based AI assistant (the “Service”) provided by zaeze.com, represented by Kyungjae Lee (the “Operator”).

1. Service and external platforms

The Service provides text and voice commands, AI responses and related features through Discord. Discord’s terms and policies also apply. Discord or external AI and voice services may change or fail, limiting some features.

2. User responsibilities

Users must have authority to invite the bot and grant permissions. They must not submit passwords, tokens, payment data or another person’s sensitive information, or use the Service for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, spam, infringement, security bypass or overload. AI output must be independently checked before important use.

3. AI output and user content

AI output may be inaccurate and is not a substitute for professional legal, medical or financial advice. Users must have the right to submit their content. The Operator processes it only as required for delivery, security and incident response.

4. Changes and restrictions

Features may change or pause for maintenance, security, external-platform changes or operational needs. Proportionate measures for violations may include warning, command restriction, server blocking or termination. Except in urgent harm-prevention cases, the reason and appeal route will be provided.

5. Paid features and liability

If paid features are offered, price, period, delivery, withdrawal and refund terms will be shown before payment. Refund procedures do not apply to features that involve no separate purchase. The Operator is responsible for loss caused by its intent or negligence under law, but not for external-service failures or user settings where it is not at fault. Mandatory rights are not excluded.

6. Changes, termination and contact

Changes are normally announced seven days in advance, or 30 days for material or unfavorable changes. Users may remove the bot and request deletion.
