GahyeonBot Privacy Policy

zaeze.com, represented by Kyungjae Lee (the “Operator”), operates GahyeonBot, a Discord-based AI assistant (the “Service”).

1. Information processed

• Discord user, server, channel and message IDs, display name, roles and bot-permission information
• Commands, questions, conversation content and necessary attachments sent to the bot
• For voice features, voice-channel identifiers and audio transmitted during processing. If the Operator offers separate recording storage, its purpose and period will be disclosed before use.
• Command results, timestamps, error and security logs, and support email and inquiry history

The Service does not process general Discord conversations for surveillance. Processing is limited to bot invocation, requested features and security. Users should not submit passwords, payment data or unnecessary sensitive information.

2. Purposes and retention

Information is used to provide text, voice and AI functions, retain user or server settings, check permissions, prevent abuse, diagnose incidents and respond to support. It is retained only as long as needed for those purposes. When the bot is removed or deletion is requested, information is deleted unless a legal, security or active-dispute basis requires temporary retention.

3. Discord, AI providers and transfers

Discord’s own terms and privacy policy also apply. Before an external AI or voice processor begins processing personal information or an international transfer occurs, the Operator will disclose the provider, purpose, information, country, method and period and complete any required consent and safeguards. Information is not otherwise disclosed without consent or legal authority.

4. Rights, security and contact

Users may request access, correction, deletion, suspension or withdrawal of consent. Safeguards include least-privilege bot permissions, access control, protected transport, secret management, access logs and security updates.
