Common Privacy Policy

This policy sets the common privacy standards for services provided by zaeze.com, represented by Kyungjae Lee (the “Operator”). A service-specific policy prevails where one exists.

1. Information and purposes

• Account identifiers for identification and account management
• Usage, access and error logs and device information for delivery, security and reliability
• Email and inquiry details for support and disputes
• Where purchases exist, order, payment and refund records for delivery and legal compliance

Additional information, purposes and retention periods are disclosed in each service policy. Optional marketing occurs only with separate consent.

2. Retention and deletion

Information is deleted when its purpose ends or an account closes. Records required by law are segregated, including contract, withdrawal, payment and supply records for five years and consumer complaint records for three years. Electronic files are securely deleted and paper records are destroyed.

3. Disclosure, processors and transfers

Information is not disclosed without consent or a legal basis. If processing is outsourced or information is transferred internationally, the relevant recipient, purpose, information, country, method and period are disclosed with appropriate safeguards.

4. Rights and security

Users may request access, correction, deletion, suspension, withdrawal of consent and, where applicable, transmission. Reasonable safeguards include least-privilege access, encryption, transport protection, access logs, security updates and backups.
